I joined Happy Money in 2019 as a Technical Program Manager.
The PMO team were starting to grow and lead by Sruthi Sunkireddy, we established key processes and delivery controls to ensure that the engineering team were able to successfully execute and deploy.
The change was lead by many factors, including the transition to Agile Scrum. All engineering, product and design were allocated into teams that ran independently.
Each team successfully tracked and monitored their tasks using Jira and the Atlassian suite of tools
