I joined Revance after they had acquired a startup company called HintMD. We created a Program Management Office to establish process controls and techniques in order to continue to develop software at scale and efficiently in a larger organization.

During the first 6 months, we implemented Agile methodologies and this helped to successfully launch the first of it’s kind relational-commerce payments facilitator.
